The Prize Details

A winner from each category will receive $500 each and all 3 winners will be invited to have Dinner with Barbara O Neil

If under any unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to contact the Winners a new winner will be selected.

All entrants must grant permission for us to post their entry on our social media pages at our discretion. 

All entrants must agree that if an entrant is selected as the winner of the competition that they agree to be involved in promoting the competition, including being photographed and interviewed and that they agree that Cafe Locked Out can use their name, image and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner to the public and in any articles or all social media posts promoting the competition with credit to the entrant..

Disqualifying entrants

Entrants will be disqualified if they breach the competition terms and conditions, such as cheating to win the competition by having an unfair advantage or if they act in a way that infringes a third party’s intellectual property (IP). All work must be original and owned by the entrant.

• The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
• The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.
• The Promoter has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
• Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
• Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
