Meet The Sovereign Peoples Assembly Of Western Australia, or as MSN calls them _Sovereign Citizens.

The Sovereign Peoples Assembly of Western Australia (SPAWA) was established in September 2021, arising from the community response to the unprecedented government measures introduced during the COVID-19 period and the harm many people believed resulted from government and institutional overreach.
From its beginnings, the Assembly has sought to bring people together to learn, question, research and understand the principles of Law, lawful governance, individual rights and responsibilities, and Lawful Due Process.
In January 2022, the Assembly established its first Common Law Sheriff Team, creating a body dedicated to the peaceful preservation of Law, service to the People, documentation of matters of concern, and the observation and reporting of failures of Lawful Due Process.
A significant development occurred in May 2022, when the Assembly came into unity with Crown Executive Orders. This relationship greatly expanded the Assembly’s exploration and understanding of Law, history, governance, and the architecture and framework through which Australia’s contemporary corporate and administrative systems operate.
As participation and interest grew beyond Western Australia, the National Sheriff Team of Terra Australis was established in May 2023, bringing together Common Law Sheriffs from across Australia and providing a national structure for education, cooperation and coordinated lawful action.
Since that time, the Assembly has continued to develop its knowledge, processes and institutions, with an emphasis on peace, integrity, transparency, accountability and equality before the Law.
Today, the Sovereign Peoples Assembly of Western Australia continues its work of researching and auditing the actions of governments, corporations, institutions and public office holders, documenting matters of concern and seeking accountability where established standards of Law and Lawful Due Process are believed not to have been observed.
Our work is founded upon the principle that no person, government, corporation or institution stands above the Law.
We believe an informed and engaged People are essential to genuine self-governance. Through education, community participation, peaceful assembly and the restoration and preservation of lawful processes, we continue working toward a system in which accountability is expected, due process is upheld, and the People understand both their rights and their responsibilities.
