After years of suspension—a process that would financially and professionally drain most doctors—Dr. David Nixon faced a significant disciplinary outcome from AHPRA, including restrictions on his practice.
Despite having received the COVID-19 vaccine himself, Dr. Nixon provided medical exemptions to patients during the early stages of the mandates (many of which were later cancelled). Had he remained silent and fully compliant, he likely would have continued practicing without issue.
However, a commitment to the Hippocratic Oath and principles akin to informed consent under the Nuremberg Code—where a patient’s refusal of a medical intervention must be respected—drove him to act otherwise.AHPRA deemed him a “serious risk to public health” and suspended him from general practice.
The allegations against him included spreading misinformation and conducting microscopic examinations of blood samples without formal ethics committee approval.
Since then, Dr. Nixon has shifted his focus to independent research, writing, and publishing. Over the past three years, he has founded the Journal of Bionanotechnocracy (often styled as Journal of BioNanoTechnocracy: Countdown to 2030), authored nine research papers, published multiple long-form essays, and contributed extensively on Substack.
His work centers on self-assembling materials, pharmaceuticals, blood morphology, and environmental samples, relying on direct visual and structural analysis via microscopy. In recent months, he has also embraced self-publishing, with three books now available.
These include Playing with Phire, an anthology of poems and images that reflect his technological, biological, and societal insights developed over recent years.
But now he has been found guilty, what will he do?
And what about us?
For if his discoveries are true, then whatever is in our blood, won’t abide by a committee’s, or a magistrate’s ruling. And could corrupted blood explain why so many people are still falling ill, and also explain all these excess deaths.
